MICHAEL DINLASAN is the director/owner and head training coach of Heat Performanz. Michael born in the Philippines and living in Hong Kong for 10 years. started his fitness journey as a body builder and powerlifter he has been in the Fitness industry for more than 20 years as a fitness professional with an extensive history in health promotion and management of individual physical fitness. A dynamic leader with solid management experience. Accomplished in the development of special fitness initiatives, personal performance program and customised exercise technique training.
He work's in mega gym's before like Gold's gym Philippines and Fitnessfirst Hong Kong as a personal fitness trainer and some other small gym's. He is starting to learn about movement training inspired by fighting monkey, likes muay thai and boxing. He tries different training approach in order to achieved the client's needs or goals Like, functional movement, resistance training, martial arts, corrective movement, core strength and also adding fun in the training.
He believes good health is the most important investment in life. In our daily life or lives their are pressure that we don't know that may harm our body.
